£8.56 - £8.91 an hour - Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a Full time and Part time Sales Advisor to join our team in our newly refurbished womenswear department.

The Person:

We are looking for an individual who has passion for fashion, are familiar with our leading brands and understands what our customers want. Someone who can create memorable experiences for our customers to keep them coming back.

Above everything, we are looking for personality and passion. We’re looking for people with proven experience in delivering the kind of customer service we all love to receive. If you are up for the challenge and you’re committed to hitting targets, then we would love to hear from you.

The Skills and experience:
Essential:

• A passion for our brands and keeping up to date with current women's fashion trends.
• Previous brand sales experience within a womenswear's retail environment
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and working in a target driven role.
• Ability to upsell
• Team player
• Flexibility of hours
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated, taking ownership for your section of the floor.
• Ability to “WOW” customers with your passion, knowledge, appearance on the floor
