Clare’s is located in the resort town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Established in 1927 by the Baxter family, the business rapidly built a reputation for quality and service and was acquired by Ulster Stores Ltd in 2002.

Captain Cooks was formed in 1997 and is the most recognized independent home wares brand in Northern Ireland. Three stand alone branches now operate in Ballymena, Lisburn and Portadown, as well as in store departments in Moores, The White House and Clare’s.
